Join Artisan Alley at Blueberry Jam. From handmade art to delicious eats and unique local goods, we’re looking for vendors who want to be part of a fun-filled weekend of music and community.

To become a vendor, complete our Vendor Application Form (opens in a new tab). Following receipt of your form, our Vendor Manager will contact you to confirm details and answer any additional questions you may have.

Set Up & Tear Down

Full Event Vendors (3 days)

• Setup must be complete by noon.
• Vendors vehicles must be removed from the Blueberry Patch prior to the start of the festival.
• Vendor parking is available by the Rotary Wheel.
• Once the festival has commenced, entry/exit will be restricted, allowing only for supply restocking as needed.
• Detailed instructions on booth placement and logistics will be shared upon registration.
• Teardown will occur after the festival concludes, ensuring all vendors have enough time to break down their displays safely.

Single Day Vendors

• Setup must be complete by 10 am.
• Vendors vehicles must be removed from the Blueberry Patch prior to the start of the festival.
• Vendor parking is available by the Rotary Wheel.

Security


A security agency will be on site, however, vendors are responsible for all property in the vendor’s care. The Blueberry Jam Committee is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items or property, including damage caused by weather.
